Hayden is 6

The first weekend in September was a whirlwind between family, soccer, football and most important, Hayden's 6th birthday.  For the past 6 months he has been asking for a Ghostbuster theme party so I went to work looking for ideas.  Since Ghostbusters is pretty much a thing of the past, there is no party supplies that are Ghostbusters related so we had to be a little creative.  The one thing that stuck out to me from the movie was the Stay Puft Marshmallow man and good luck finding anything Marshmallow man related, unless you want to pay a fortune on eBay.  The best idea I could come up with was marshmallow shooters, what five or six year old would not love to have a marshmallow gun.  So off to Lowe's and few feet of PVC piping later and we had some awesome little shooters.  We played some games, had a surprise guest, cake and ice cream and a mess of marshmallows.  Emerson was loving every minute of it, she walked around and picked up just about every marshmallow on the ground and ate the "balls" as she calls them.  Another successful party and I think Hayden had a blast with all his friends and family.
